Job Details
eLogic seeks a seasoned IT Analyst I with experience in Aternity Software to join our team. As an IT Analyst I, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and user experience of IRS IT systems.

About the Role
In this role, you will analyze business and end-user needs, document requirements, and map existing computer system logic and workflow. You will also install, configure, and maintain Aternity Software to monitor the performance and user experience of IRS IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist other systems analysts assigned to projects
• Analyze business and end-user needs, document requirements, and map existing computer system logic and workflow
• Install, configure, and maintain Aternity Software to monitor the performance and user experience of IRS IT systems
• Respond to alerts and incidents detected by Aternity Software, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruption to IRS operations

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• One to two years demonstrated performance in business/technical IT systems analysis under direct supervision
• Experience with Aternity Software preferred
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, databases, and applications
• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and generating actionable insights from monitoring tools like Aternity
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on location and experience.
