KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Interaction:

  • Address inquiries from MEP participants.
  • Serve as the primary contact for daily record-keeping matters, focusing on first-call resolution for issues related to Plan compliance, systems, and processes.

System Management:

  • Respond to inquiries concerning 401(k) technical, product, and compliance questions by researching and resolving issues.
  • Troubleshoot participant concerns requiring comprehensive knowledge of desktop tools and resources, including ADP and ING systems and the business processes that support them.
  • Evaluate compliance test results and Plan documents for conformity with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Guide clients on options available to rectify failed (nondiscrimination) tests.
  • Ensure departmental adherence to daily schedules to manage call volumes for inbound participant-related inquiries.
  • Maintain adaptability to handle increases in daily phone volumes during peak periods.
  • Assist colleagues with inquiries and escalated calls, ensuring thorough follow-through on necessary research.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of directly related experience.
