Job Title: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse for a travel nursing assignment in Madera, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to critically ill pediatric patients, including those with life-threatening conditions and complex medical needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Document patient progress, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric intensive care.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of California.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care NICU setting.
  • PALS and NRP certifications.
  • Degree from an accredited nursing program.
