Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Supervisor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and Check-in Procedures: Greet arriving guests in a friendly and professional manner, complete check-in procedures efficiently, and ensure accurate room assignments.
  • Guest Departure and Check-out: Perform daily check-out procedures, calculate and post monies, receipts, and guest accounts with accuracy, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Communication and Guest Relations: Respond to inquiries, accept reservations, and communicate hotel rates and information in a clear and concise manner.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise front office staff in the absence of the Front Desk Manager, manage labor hours, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
