We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the mission of improving lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice.
- Practice safe medication administration and assess patient responses to medication.
- Participate in reviewing and/or implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.
- Provide professional nursing care to a group of patients within a specified time period and complete all required documentation.
