Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to on-site staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial reporting, including payroll, invoices, and site operating budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including analyzing market conditions and competitor activity.
- Maintenance and Capital Projects: Monitor maintenance activities, ensure preventive maintenance programs are in place, and recommend capital improvements or repairs as needed.
- College degree or related coursework preferred.
- At least three – five years of multi-unit retail, residential, or commercial management experience, including supervisory responsibility.
- Excellent organizational, management, communication, and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of people, resources, and processes.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
