We are excited to offer a Store Leadership Opportunity at 7-Eleven. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.

About the Role

As a leader on our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.

You will also assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs, competently handle cash transactions, and promote the Speedy Rewards loyalty program.

Requirements
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of store employees
  • Demonstrated strength in maintaining high retention and employee engagement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred)
  • A valid Driver's License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
