Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing routine occupational health care activities, including health and wellness training and education, employee health services, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, formulate, and implement plans of care based on standing orders and medical directives.
  • Treat, evaluate, and assess employee illness or injury to ascertain medical direction.
  • Plan and implement compliance improvement projects and their deliverables.
  • Conduct safety and ergonomic training and administer the basics of drug and alcohol programs.
  • Assist with occupational health programs.
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of related work experience.
  • Licensed practical nurse or vocational nurse or equivalent in other geographies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred two years of experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Preferred surgical or hospital field.
