About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Greater Pittsburgh Dental Group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, including routine cleanings, exams, and patient education.

You will work closely with our experienced dentists and hygienists to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care and attention.

Greater Pittsburgh Dental Group is a state-of-the-art dental practice that offers a wide range of services, including routine cleanings, exams, fillings, crowns, and more.

Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in PA
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • 0 years of clinical experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients dental health
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
