Window Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Window Technician at IDW Window & Roof Cleaning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing high-quality window cleaning services to our clients.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $19-$22 per hour, with opportunities for hourly bonuses and overtime pay. Our benefits package includes fully paid drive time, 11 paid days off per year, 7 paid company holidays, and a simple IRA retirement account with employer matching up to 3% after two years of employment.

As a Window Technician, your primary responsibility will be to clean windows and other exterior surfaces for our clients. This will involve standing, moving, and bending regularly throughout the day, as well as lifting up to 60 pounds. You must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and be able to drive our company vehicles.
