Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Lamborghini Newport Beach. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and repair.

About the Role

The Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for all service and repair activities, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and technicians alike. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set appointments with customers, confirm details, and prepare for each visit to ensure a great experience.
  • Determine vehicle needs through inspections, test drives, and customer information.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to advise them on the status of their car's repairs.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of four to ten years of experience in European high-line vehicles or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals, demonstrate communication and consultative skills, and possess a valid in-state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Benefits and Compensation
