North 40 Outfitters is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Lawn & Garden Sales Specialist to enhance our customer service experience. Our team values each member's contribution to our collective success, and we are looking for passionate individuals who resonate with our outdoor lifestyle and prioritize exceptional service.
As a Lawn & Garden Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer interactions, driving sales, and providing product recommendations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining an organized and inviting sales area, managing inventory, and ensuring the protection of company resources.
This full-time role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, during our operational hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.

- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
- Exhibit reliability and a strong work ethic in fulfilling job expectations.

- Flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.
- Previous experience in merchandising is beneficial.
- Capability to educate customers about the brands available at North 40.
- Understanding of safe lifting techniques and physical ability to handle various weights as required.
