Key Responsibilities
  • Place Orders and Close Transactions: Process sales and manage customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
  • Merchandise and Display Products: Maintain a visually appealing display of products in customer accounts to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with Store Managers: Effectively communicate with store managers to explain features and merits of products offered.
  • Sell New and Existing Products: Utilize company programs, promotions, and advertisements to sell new and existing products to customers.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Develop and maintain good customer relations by providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Verify Truck Load and Settle Accounts: Verify that the truck is loaded properly and settle accounts each day, balancing charge and cash sales and depositing cash.
  • Maintain Company Vehicles: Clean and maintain company vehicles, reporting any problems to the manager or fleet maintenance.
  • Verify Inventory: Verify that inventory on the truck and in the warehouse is accurate on a daily and monthly basis.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Have basic knowledge of computers and tablets.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate skills in problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess skills in organizing and prioritizing work and tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Have the ability to provide attention to detail.
