About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Gaming Equipment Technician to join our team at Empire Technological Group Limited.

The successful candidate will perform installations, setup, and routine maintenance of gaming machines, consoles, and related peripherals according to company guidelines and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, setup, and maintenance of gaming equipment
  • Install, remove, convert, prepare games, set options, and repair games in a field environment
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections
  • Calibrate gaming machines to ensure accuracy and fair play

Salary Estimate: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
