Bridge Carpenter

Job Summary:

A skilled Bridge Carpenter is needed to join our team at MasTec Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with experience in working on bridges and other complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and install various types of lumber, steel, and other materials to support bridge construction.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bridge construction, working with team members to find creative solutions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field a plus.
• At least two years of experience in carpentry or a related field, preferably in bridge construction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
