Overview

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Spring House Estates, a beautiful assisted living neighborhood in Lower Gwynedd, PA. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide general nursing care to residents, attending to their medical and emotional needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
