Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash and recyclables, and restocking supplies.
  • Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment, including vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
  • Assist with laundry and linen services.
  • Participate in infection control and prevention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping methods, equipment, and cleaning chemicals/products preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
