Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
  • Administer contrast media and/or medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted.
  • Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification.
  • ARRT-R Radiography or ARRT-T Radiation Therapy certification.
  • ARRT-CT Computed Tomography certification.
Work Environment

This position is located at SSM DePaul Hospital in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
