Small Hospital Innovations is seeking dedicated Physicians to join the Emergency Department team at a prominent medical facility.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess the following credentials:
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in Emergency Medicine
- Certification or eligibility in ABEM, AOBEM, ABIM/AOBIM, or ABFM/ABOFM
- Alternatively, candidates with 1 year of Emergency Medicine Fellowship plus 1 year of full-time Emergency Department experience and relevant certification are encouraged to apply.
Required Certifications:
- ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and CPR certifications are mandatory.
Facility Details:
The Emergency Department serves approximately 30,000 patients annually and is supported by 27 hours of Advanced Practice Provider coverage each day.
Shift Information:
- Physician shifts: 6 AM - 6 PM and 6 PM - 6 AM
- APP shifts: 8 AM - 6 PM and 5 PM - 2 AM
Compensation:
- Physicians will be compensated on a 1099 basis with covered malpractice and tail insurance.
- Pay rates are $280 per hour for those working 10 or more shifts per month and $270 per hour for fewer shifts.

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years in Emergency Medicine is required.
Licensure:
