About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our team at Holiday Inn Park Central. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the hotel team to achieve exceptional results

  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel management, preferably with IHG training
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
