Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical analysis and support for Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIEDs).
Key Responsibilities- Receive and analyze ECG transmissions in our cardiac outpatient telemetry service center, providing technical expertise to ensure accurate data interpretation.
- Provide intermediate to expert-level analysis of arrhythmias on intracardiac electrograms, technical device data, test results, and physiologic data for all CIED types and manufacturers.
- Work with our Hubs to process transmissions for CIED scheduled and alerts, adhering to our service-level agreement timelines.
- Analyze and interpret CIED transmission data autonomously using our company-provided software.
- Process alert and scheduled transmissions independently, without oversight.
- Active CRAT/CCT certification or RN or Paramedic/EMT with current ACLS.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Successfully completed CIED Remote Monitoring Course, 1-2 years direct experience.
- Experience with in-office and remote CIED interrogations of all four medical device manufacturers (Biotronik, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic) or previous field clinical specialist experience with one of the four manufacturers.
