We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at Superba Food + Bread in Venice. As a key member of our Bakehouse team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality bread and pastries that meet our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Mix, shape, and produce a variety of bread and pastry products
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless execution of our seasonal menu
  • Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Address problems quickly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in pastry and bread production, including mixing, shaping, and croissant production
  • Ability to work reliably, punctually, and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays
