Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our studio services, and contributing to the overall success of our franchise. Your primary duties will include:

• Greeting members and guests with enthusiasm and knowledge
• Presenting the Orangetheory concept to prospective clients
• Assisting at the front desk, answering phones, and interacting with members
• Providing studio tours and introducing new members to our facilities
• Collaborating with trainers to ensure a seamless first-time workout experience
• Selling memberships and promoting studio services
• Resolving member concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Participating in marketing events and outreach activities
• Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
