Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Saint Agnes Medical Center Careers. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure understanding and compliance with care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.
  • Current American Academy of Pediatrics Provider Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) card within 90 days of hire.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Current Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certification from National Certification Corporation or Fetal Monitoring Certification (FMC) from Perinatal Quality Foundation within one year of hire.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.
  • Ability to handle varying issues in the midst of any situation and work effectively individually and as a member of a team within a stress-producing environment.
