Job Summary

The Instructional Support and Electronics Technician will provide technical assistance to faculty and students in the use of electronics and electro-mechanical components for academic projects. This role will also be responsible for maintaining lab equipment, providing hands-on learning support, and serving as the primary contact for all Instrument Room functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to faculty and students on the use of electronics and electro-mechanical components for academic projects.
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Provide hands-on learning support to students and faculty.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all Instrument Room functions.

Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in electronics or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in an educational environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or a related field.
  • Two years of relevant work experience in an educational environment.
