    • Engage with external stakeholders to gather feedback and improve service delivery, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to patient care and organizational operations, ensuring a proactive and effective approach to risk management.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies and protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Experience in home health, behavioral health, hospice, or a related healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Certifications:
    • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar certification preferred.
