Role Overview

If you are proactive and results-driven, with a knack for fostering strong relationships with retail staff, this position could be an excellent fit for you. In this role, you will be tasked with promoting various products within your assigned territory. Responsibilities will include product merchandising, establishing new display setups, selling directly from these displays, and managing your territory effectively (a valid driver's license is essential). Travel and mileage reimbursements will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our organization, you will:

  • Utilize technology to collect and report data from store visits using a company-issued device.
  • Ensure products are adequately stocked, displayed, rotated, and priced accurately in designated stores. Conduct audits as necessary.
  • Work closely with management to achieve goals and promptly report any insights regarding product and customer needs at the store level.
  • Act as a representative for the client by identifying sales opportunities and building strong relationships with store management.

Required Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel to various locations with a valid driver's license and the ability to drive for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to follow instructions and set up displays.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds and maintain an active work routine.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to accurately interpret instructions.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not required.
