Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced RN to provide palliative care to clients in the Levittown, Bucks County area. As a Hospice Care Specialist, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary health care team that delivers high-quality patient care and support to those in need.

  • Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
  • Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • One year of clinical experience strongly preferred
  • A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills, and strong written and verbal communication
