About the Role:

The successful candidate will work independently to provide resource information and general nursing care to patients, while also completing clerical tasks related to regulatory annual requirements, audits, and patient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to patients and staff on the unit, ensuring a safe and compassionate environment.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
  • Complete tasks related to patient care, including vital sign monitoring and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • WI Certified Nursing Assistant - active or expired on registry.
  • Strong interest in customer service, ability to multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Passionate about providing excellent patient care and demonstrating compassion at the end of life.

Full-time benefits, a mix of 8/12 hour shifts, and every other weekend and holiday rotation.
