Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our healthcare team at Vensure Employer Services.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients, focusing on the relief of pain, stress reduction, and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments, including medical history and physical evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other modalities, to alleviate pain and improve client well-being.
  • Educate clients on self-care practices, including stretching, exercises, and lifestyle changes to support treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment.
  • Stay current with advancements in massage therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards in massage therapy practice.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
  • Valid state license to practice massage therapy.
  • Certification by a recognized professional organization (e.g., National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong manual therapy skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to client-centered care.
