Laundry Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Worker to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a Laundry Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our patients' linens.

• Collect, sort, and load soiled linens into the washer(s) and clean linens into the dryer(s)
• Fold and count clean linens, and deliver them to the appropriate units
• Keep the work area clean and organized, including the machines, work tables, and sorting area
• Utilize protective gear and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing and using cleaning solutions
• Report equipment and cleaning product needs or malfunctions to the supervisor in a timely fashion

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products
• Must live in the service area
