Position Summary

The Class A CDL Truck Operator is responsible for driving commercial vehicles or box trucks on various routes to deliver products or materials, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction with each delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customer job sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and return of undelivered items to the warehouse.
  • Verify quantities of goods received and obtain necessary signatures for deliveries.
  • Maintain a positive company image during customer interactions.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Highway Administration regulations and maintain accurate driver logs.
  • Familiarize yourself with the delivery area to optimize routes.
  • Support warehouse staff with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
