Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. As a key member of our primary care team, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams, patient histories, and assessments.
  • Diagnose and treat common illnesses and minor injuries.
  • Manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Provide patient education on preventive health and wellness.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (lab work, X-rays, etc.).
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care programs.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program.
  • Current PA licensure in Texas.
  • NCCPA certification (or eligibility).
  • Previous experience in primary care or family medicine preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance. Additionally, we provide malpractice insurance coverage and opportunities for professional growth and development.
