Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Menifee, CA.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will evaluate therapy needs, develop and implement Physical Therapy programs for assigned patients, and participate in related clinical activities. They will perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards of practice and state standards.

  • Implement a consistent Plan of Treatment and adjust it according to patient progress.
  • Document patient progress according to approved medical documentation and facility documentation procedures.
  • Evaluate mobility, strength, and current level of patient function, setting realistic goals to improve in these areas.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to provide direct and indirect Physical Therapy patient care. They must demonstrate integrity and discretion in all job-related matters.

  • Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association or a foreign-trained equivalent.
  • Licensed by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance or accepted for licensure within six months from date of employment.
