JORY Server

At The Allison Inn & Spa, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced JORY Server to join our team. As a JORY Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stock and maintain all stations with necessary glassware, cutlery, and dishes.
• Monitor intoxication levels and maintain a safe and responsible environment.
• Collaborate with front desk and restaurant managers to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Three years of restaurant service experience.
• OLCC License prior to working first shift.
• Food Handlers Permit prior to working first shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds of heavy wine, boxes, and supplies.
• Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours a day.
• Ability to carry up to 25 pounds across the dining areas.
