The Restaurant General Manager is a key leadership position at Ampler Chicken, responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and developing a high-performing team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression and a desire to return.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Create a welcoming and engaging environment that exceeds guest expectations, ensuring friendly, quick, and accurate service.
- Sales and Revenue: Drive in-store activities to generate sales, including sales promotion and menu board management, and ensure that sales reports are reviewed and action plans are implemented.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing opportunities for growth and advancement, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Operational Execution: Adhere to labor scheduling guidelines, review critical operating reports, and ensure daily close-out sales procedures are completed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and ensure adequate inventory on hand to meet guest demand, and perform product counts at all shift changes.
Requirements
- Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of the restaurant business, basic PC skills, and labor cost reporting. Prior exposure to labor scheduling and inventory management is highly desirable.
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team, and effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
- Integrity and Reliability: Possess a strong sense of integrity and reliability, with a clear record and a valid driver's license.
