As an Assembler, your primary responsibility will be to assemble various mechanical components, ensuring that all parts integrate seamlessly to produce high-quality products. You will be expected to follow detailed assembly instructions and utilize a variety of hand tools to accomplish your tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble brake line assemblies, mechanical control cables, packaging, and more.
+ Participate in training sessions under supervision to facilitate a stress-free learning environment.
+ Carry out additional production-related duties as required, with appropriate training provided.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Proficient in following written work instructions and assembling products accurately to meet defined specifications.
+ Strong focus on tasks with keen attention to detail.
+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in small teams as well as independently, with flexibility to switch between tasks.
+ Consistent attendance is essential; being present is crucial for success.
**What We Offer:**
+ Competitive weekly pay starting at $17.50 per hour, with a $0.50 increase upon permanent hire.
