Job Overview:

As a Construction Manager with First America Homes, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of new homes from start to finish. With a focus on ensuring schedules and budgets are met, you will manage job site subcontractors, schedule homebuyer walk-throughs, and inspections to guarantee quality standards and company adherence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction of homes in assigned subdivisions, adhering to production schedules and cost control policies.
  • Lead and direct trade contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, home office, and trade partners.
  • Complete warranty requests for current homeowners in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in new home building, preferably with leadership skills.
  • Natural ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
