Spa Receptionist

Hand and Stone is a leading provider of spa services. We are seeking a highly motivated Spa Receptionist to join our team.

As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have an outstanding experience in our spa.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing excellent customer service to members and guests
• Welcome and greet members and guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships and gift cards
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask with ease and handle stressful situations professionally
• A positive attitude and energy

This is a part-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of $18-$28 per hour (including commission), flexible schedules, a professional work environment, and employee discounts.
