We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Movie Theater Host. As a host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Greet guests and manage waiting lists
• Provide menus and answer initial questions
• Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas
• Assign guests to tables while maintaining table rotation
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions
• Have a knowledge of the menu
• Assist with other positions in the restaurant as needed
