We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at Traditions Hospitality Group. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere in our high-volume bar setting.

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and making recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in order.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, adhering to established protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and secure work environment.

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to acquire an ABLE Liquor License.
• Capability to obtain a Gaming License.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in bartending within a high-volume bar setting is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Aptitude to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced ambiance.
• Positive demeanor with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Standing and operating in a high-volume environment for extended durations.
• Lifting and transporting moderate to heavy objects such as cases of beverages and kegs.
• Moderate to high noise levels.
• Exposure to a smoky setting.
