The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Intermediate Unit at Saint Luke's Health System. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to acute care and skilled nursing patients in a fast-paced, multispecialty environment.

Shift Details

Nights, 12 hour shifts

The Work
  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care
  • Perform patient care tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Delegate patient care tasks to support staff while maintaining a collaborative environment
  • Supervise other patient care staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients, consulting with other healthcare team members as needed
  • Demonstrate proficiency in policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures

Job Requirements
  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support RQI - Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI), Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Pediatric Advanced Life Support RQI - Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI), Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
  • Associate Degree
