Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at ERES Companies. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare units for occupancy, adhering to our high standards of housekeeping
  • Complete assigned reports, accurately documenting the status of each unit and reporting any maintenance issues
  • Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and clubhouse facilities
  • Perform regular cleaning of the property office, including dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash
  • Ensure the cleanliness of vacant units for showings and move-ins, including deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
  • General upkeep of the property, including light maintenance tasks as needed
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
  • Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, restocking as needed
  • Provide courteous and professional service to residents and guests
  • Respond to tenant requests for cleaning services in a timely and effective manner
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance with applicable health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Time Management – Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure all housekeeping and guest service duties are completed efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful working relationships, with an emphasis on collaboration in a team setting
  • On-call availability on nights, weekends, and holidays, required
