Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual receptionist to join our team at National Bio Vet Laboratory. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle client requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete documentation and data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform tasks such as dispatching couriers, scanning documents, and receiving payments.
  • Utilize CRM software and laboratory software to manage client information and tasks.
  • Place phones on and off service at designated times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary laboratory setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Unwavering positive attitude and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and incorporate feedback.
  • Reside in the Miami area and be available to work weekdays, Saturdays, and occasional night shifts.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Gmail, and other Google suite applications.
  • CRM knowledge preferred, but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as copiers and scanners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
