Fitness Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated Fitness Coach to lead our PE@PF program at Planet Fitness Midwest Management Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a fitness enthusiast to work in a dynamic environment and help members achieve their wellness goals.

The Fitness Coach will be responsible for running our group fitness program, assisting new members in achieving their fitness goals, and instructing them on the proper use of equipment. Key responsibilities include recruiting new and existing members to take classes, logging classes after each session, actively assisting members on walk-arounds, cleaning assigned equipment sections, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and engage members. The successful candidate will have a passion for fitness, health, and customer service, with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

• Recruit and engage members in the PE@PF program
• Log classes and maintain accurate records
• Assist members on walk-arounds and provide personalized guidance
• Clean and maintain assigned equipment sections
• Maintain a safe and clean environment

To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and nationally accredited training certification. You must also be 18 years or older, punctual, and flexible, with a willingness to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Salary: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Estimated annual salary range: $52,000-$72,500.
