Therapeutic Rehabilitation Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist at Birchwood Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cooper, TX.

The ideal candidate will join our team of skilled professionals providing person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes. As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Consult with patients to understand their physical condition and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Evaluate patient assessments and test results to create effective treatment approaches.
• Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve function, and promote healing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Your skills and qualifications:

• SNF/Long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
• You must hold an active/valid Texas license in Physical Therapy and be in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
