Role ResponsibilitiesUnit: CDH Med/Surg Intermediate (3C)
- Manage a 26-bed, high-acuity Intermediate Medical Surgical Unit.
- Engage with a dedicated team that values shared governance and collaborative bedside rounds.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years.
- Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the relevant clinical area.
- Certifications such as Trauma Nurse Specialist (TNS), Emergency Communications Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Nurse, or Certified Emergency Nurse.
