Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread in Plymouth, MA. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread and pastries for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Bake a variety of bread and pastry products to meet customer demand
• Ensure all products meet Panera's quality standards
• Work efficiently to meet speed of service deadlines
• Meet the highest standards of food preparation, sanitation, and safety
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with management and fellow associates to achieve team goals

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of baking experience preferred
• Overnight experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity and sufficient arm and upper body strength required
• Travel up to 35 miles required for this role
