Nurse Caregiver

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) hourly pay range: $30-$58

• Working in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN
• Following resident care plans and being accountable for their adherence
• Monitoring residents' physical and mental wellbeing, including tracking vital signs
• Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents
• Administering and verifying medications, monitoring their effects
• Reviewing residents' charts and medical records
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable facility environment
• Stocking medical supplies and participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
• Orienting and training medical staff

• Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Completion of an approved LPN educational program
• High school diploma (or GED/equivalent)
• At least 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
