Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologist Technologist to join our team at Trinity Health. As an IR Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our interventional radiology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate fluoroscopy equipment to acquire high-quality images and assist physicians during procedures.
  • Transport patients to and from procedural areas, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Administer contrast media under the direction of a physician and respond appropriately in case of adverse reactions.
  • Review patient history, lab results, and imaging studies to correlate with invasive procedure protocols and communicate findings to the physician operator and team members.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved Diagnostic Radiology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Able to respond on-site within 30 minutes when participating in the on-call rotation.
  • Florida Licensed Radiologic Technologist, Radiography credentialing thru American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) (ARRT).
